Michael Brennan
WANAQUE — Services were held for Michael W. Brennan, 35, of this community, who died on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008.
Mr. Brennan was born in Ridgewood.Services were Saturday at D’Agostino Funeral Home, Wanaque. Mr. Brennan is survived by his father, John; and his brother, Brian, of Springfield, Va.
He was predeceased by his mother, Sara.
Frank Wayne
OAK RIDGE — Services were held for Frank S. Wayne, 85, of this community, who died on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008.
Mr. Wayne was a member of United Food and Commercial Workers International Union Local 464A. Also, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, West Milford, as well.
Services were Thursday at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church. Arrangements were by Morrison Funeral Home, Butler. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Hospice of New Jersey, 400 Broadacres Drive, Fourth Floor, NJ 07003.
Mr. Wayne is survived by his daughters, Carol Feather, Joan Wayne, and Eileen Lindsley; his brother, Walter; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helen.
Louise Currier
WEST MILFORD — Services were held for Louise Clerici Currier, 81, of this township, who died on Monday, Sept. 29, 2008.
Born in New York City, Mrs. Currier lived in Palisades Park before moving to West Milford in 1969. She was a secretary for American Cyanamid, Wayne, before retiring. Also, she was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary and the West Milford Senior Citizens.
Services were Friday at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Hewitt, followed by interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Arrangements were by the Richards Funeral Home, West Milford.
Mrs. Currier is survived by her son, Keith, of Wisconsin; her daughters, Karen LaMonica of Slate Hill, N.Y., and Kathy Hanlon of West Milford; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Everett; and her parents, Anthony and Elvira Clerici.
Ida Stagnitto
POMPTON LAKES — Services were held for Ida Josephine Dellanoce Stagnitto, 86, of Matawan, who died on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008. She was a former resident of this community.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. Stagnitto lived in Clifton, in Pompton Lakes for 35 years, and in Toms River for 15 years before moving to Matawan in 2002. She attended Pleasant Valley Day Center in Holmdel. Also, she was a communicant of St. Clement Church, Matawan.
Services were Friday at the Day Funeral Home, Keyport, followed by mass at St. Clement Church. Donations may be sent to the Pleasant Valley Adult Day Center, 768 Beers St., Holmdel, NJ 07733 or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 400 Morris Ave., Suite 251, Denville, NJ 07834.
Mrs. Stagnitto is survived by her sons, David of Savannah, Ga., and Paul of Silver Spring, Md.; her daughter, Marianne Thouret, of Matawan; six grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank; her daughter, Mary; and her brothers, John Dellanoce and Richard Dellanoce.
Tina Conklin
WANAQUE — Services were held for Tina Mandt Conklin, 79, of this community, who died on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008.
Born in Whitehouse Station, Mrs. Conklin lived in Wanaque for most of her life. She worked at the Midvale Sweet Shop, Wanaque, for 30 years.
Services were Saturday at D’Agostino Funeral Home, Wanaque.
Mrs. Conklin is survived by her son, Nick, of Wanaque; her daughter, Robin Deal, of Wanaque; her sisters, Emily Douglass and Iris Summers, both of Florida; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
She was predeceased by her husband, Howard; and her daughter, Patricia Anderson.
